Pricing Models

We have three main cost structures, but please contact us if your needs are not met by these approaches.

1. Open: pay per participant

Suits: Transferable learning of use to other people and organisations. Not highly customised content specific to your organisation. Foundation skills or academic, ‘principles based’ content.

Advantages: Low cost. Collaboration with others outside your organisation adds provides richer learning context and opportunities for professional networking. Customised content for as few as one member of your organisation.

Disadvantages: No unique competitive advantage as opportunity is shared. Not suitable for highly customised content unique to your organisation.

In plain english: You request a programme be developed with specific learning objectives. We design and deliver the programme to you and to anyone else who wishes to participate.

 

 


 

2. Reserved: pay per participant

Suits: Customised content only of use to your organisation and/or part of developing a unique advantage over others. Appropriate where intakes will occur from time-to-time over a longer period and numbers are difficult to determine.

Advantages: Low cost. Costs match use – no redundant investment. No up front lump payment. Use can easily be scaled up or down.

Disadvantages: Limited to selected particpants which can restrict collaborative aspects of the programme. Minimum number of participants over 5 years required.

In plain english: You request a programme be developed with specific learning objectives. We design and deliver the programme only to your organisation (or anyone else you nominate – a customer for example).

 


 

3. Owned: pay for design and delivery

Suits: Customised content only of use to your organisation and/or part of developing a unique advantage over others. Best suited to fixed or large numbers of participants, as has a fixed cost component which can be spread.

Advantages: Lower cost overall if delivering to larger numbers. Greater certainty for budgeting purposes. Use can easily be scaled up or down. Ongoing costs (per participant) are lower.

Disadvantages: Limited to selected participants which can restrict collaborative aspects of the programme. Initial lump sum payment required.

In plain english: You request a programme be developed with specific learning objectives. We design and deliver the programme only to your organisation (or anyone else you nominate – a customer for example). We do the design for a fixed cost, and the delivery for a lower per participant fee.
